I'm Dr. Greg Payne, and welcome to my premier structural corrective care chiropractic office in Ottawa's downtown core. We specialize in non-operative conservative care of scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, and spinal disc degeneration conditions.

My objective is to help individuals and their families become healthier and succumb less to the detrimental effects that their jobs and their lifestyles impose on them. AVANT utilizes advanced spinal reconstructive work, proper diet, healthy work place functioning, and specific exercise protocols so that you can become more structurally sound. We want our patients to reach their best health potential.
